Cornflake Chicken

This is such a simple way to make some tasty chicken.  It is packed with flavor.  You’ll be licking the pan after dinner.
Guess what!?  It takes 3 ingredients.
Creole seasoning, butter and cornflakes.
Cornflake Chicken
3 cups of cornflakes
3 T butter, melted
2 chicken breasts
cajun seasoning or salt and pepper

1.  Crush cornflakes in a ziploc bag.  More or less depending on the number of chicken breasts you cook.
2.  Season chicken with cajun seasoning or salt and pepper if you don’t like spicy things.
3.  Dip in melted butter.  
4.  Place in bag with crushed cornflakes.  (shake-n-bake)
5.  Place in a pan and bake at 375 for about 45 minutes.  (cooking time depends on thickness of chicken)
**Sprinkle leftover cornflakes and butter over the chicken.  
It is after Thanksgiving…that means it is time to start decorating for Christmas!  I think the next few recipes will be really good.  Listening to Christmas music in the kitchen is inspiring.  What a wonderful and beautiful time of the year.
